Project Overview
For the 2023/24 season, Celtic FC launched their Season Ticket Renewal Campaign to encourage existing supporters to secure their seats for another year. The campaign’s purpose was to maintain the club’s exceptionally high renewal rate, generate early revenue, and strengthen the emotional bond between the team and its fans. Video content was central to the campaign’s social media strategy, designed to inspire loyalty, highlight the benefits of renewal, and create urgency around the renewal deadline.






My Role
I worked as the graphic designer responsible for the social media video, taking the project from initial concepts and storyboarding through to the final edit. This involved developing visual themes, producing motion graphics, and tailoring the content for multiple platforms. Throughout the process I reported directly to Celtic’s Marketing Manager, refining the creative direction through feedback and ensuring that the final output was consistent with the club’s brand identity and wider campaign messaging.
Final Solution
The finished video delivered a strong, emotive message that resonated with supporters and achieved high engagement across Celtic’s social channels. The renewal campaign was a clear success, with Celtic once again reaching near-capacity renewal rates, selling out quickly, and maintaining a substantial waiting list for new season ticket applications. The campaign reinforced the club’s connection with its fanbase, and the video I produced contributed to the energy and visibility that drove its success.
